“It comes up to come out. Let truth prevail!” – Margie Nix

Lady Leaders,

You can receive a compliment with grace.

You can enter a room with grace.
You can share your story – the good, the bad, and the ugly – with grace.
You can give a compliment with grace.
You can be unashamed with grace.
You can cheer others on with grace.
You can be bold with grace.
You can bow out with grace.
You can instruct with grace.
You can correct with grace.
You can lead with grace.

You can, you can, you can!

You can replace “with grace” with “in good taste” or “with tact”, just as long as you get my message.

I’m weary with leaders (especially females) sounding loud and rude all because they’re trying to be tough and look bigger than life. Sometimes, people like to see the gracious side of us. In fact, the more mileage I cover in ministry, the more I realize it’s what is truly needed. Graciousness is beautiful. Outward beauty may be evident, but I promise, if you cut people with your words and behaviors, you will eventually cut your influence short, if not destroy it all together.

Pro. 11:16 “A gracious woman retains honor…”
